Questions are one of the most important part of a sales person’s job. End with a question is just another crucial sales technique you, as a salesperson or business owner needs to implement to ensure that all the other sales techniques we have been discussing, truly work.
You see, the 70/30 rule and the Respect, repeat, reverse, will work, but there is a fine line there. If the client asks you a personal question, for example, ‘Tell me a little about yourself’, you do not want to ignore it or pass the question back to them.
